Payroll and Accounts Executive (USA Truking)

We’re looking for an experienced Payroll and Accounts Executive with a strong background in USA Trucking / Logistics operations. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in Payroll processing, Accounts Receivables, and industry-specific documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Payroll and Accounts Receivables
• Mandatory experience in USA Trucking / Logistics
• Strong understanding of payroll cycles, driver settlements, and AR processes
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
• Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in accounting tools/software (TMS or trucking-related software preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule
• Manage and track Accounts Receivables, including follow-ups
• Coordinate with operations, drivers, and customers for financial documentation
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Assist in resolving payroll or AR-related discrepancies
• Support daily accounting functions to ensure smooth financial workflow
