Role Overview: As a Cash Applications Administrator I at Capco, a Wipro company, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate updating of the bank file with the correct General Ledger accounts, reconciling bank statements with recorded transactions, uploading XML files into banking portals, preparing ad hoc reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, engaging with auditors during audits, and meeting service level agreements. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the bank file is updated with the correct General Ledger accounts. - Regularly reconcile bank statements with recorded transactions. - Upload the XML files into HSBC.net or appropriate banking portals. - Prepare various ad hoc reports based on requests from different departments. - Ensure adherence to company policies, SOX compliance, and regulatory requirements. - Engage with auditors during SOX, internal, and external statutory audits. - Adhere to timelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
