Payments Executive

What you’ll do:

• Manage end-to-end client interactions – from Head Office to on-ground sales teams
• Drive reconciliations, daily reporting & MIS
• Troubleshoot and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate cross-functionally & stick to SOPs and TAT

You are:

• A graduate (Commerce/BBA/MBA preferred)
• A fresher or experienced (0–3 years) in client servicing
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and communication (Hindi & English)
• A team player with strong coordination & follow-up skills

Location: Marol, Andheri (E), Mumbai
