Payment Operations and Success Specialist

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payment Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in payment operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and transactions. The Payment Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining financial integrity and efficiency within our organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Convincing clients to sign up for Adit Pay.
• Ability to meet monthly targets for new sign-ups.
• We're looking for individuals with strong experience, a positive attitude, and the drive to achieve and exceed monthly goals consistently.
• Follow up on all tasks and tickets, keeping clients informed at regular intervals.
• Engage with newly signed-up clients to encourage them to start processing transactions on Adit Pay.
• Help develop the payment acceptance strategy and own the execution of that strategy to deliver the overall business objectives.
• Direct and design the evolution of our payment platform, in conjunction with the Product team, to drive greater penetration and increased adoption of the Company's payment product.
• Own and maintain strong relationships with payment partners to deliver a platform that achieves our payment strategy and business objectives while holding them accountable for their commitments.
• Oversee payment operations, including transaction processing, reconciliation, and fraud prevention, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Partner with our legal & compliance organization to implement and maintain robust risk management practices to mitigate fraud, chargebacks, and other payment-related risks.

Desired Candidate

• Experience working with payment gateways or international merchant services.

• Ability to convince clients to sign up for Adit Pay

• Should be Comfortable working the night shift from 7:30 pm to 4:30 am.

• Strong knowledge of payment processing systems i.e., gateway, swipe machines, and procedures.
• Follow up on all tasks and tickets, keeping clients informed at regular intervals

• Should have excellent communication skills
