Position: Payment Gateway Executive Location: Noida(On-site) Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Experience: 0 - 2 Years Job brief: We are seeking a Payment Gateway Executive to manage, monitor, and optimize online payment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating payment gateways, troubleshooting transaction issues, and ensuring seamless payment experiences for customers. Responsibilities: · Manage and oversee payment gateway integrations and configurations. · Monitor payment transactions, resolve disputes, and troubleshoot failed payments. · Coordinate with banks, payment service providers, and internal teams for smooth payment processing. · Ensure compliance with security standards like PCI-DSS and regulatory requirements. · Analyze payment trends, chargebacks, and fraud risks to improve success rates. · Work with developers to implement new payment methods and optimize payment processes. · Assist customers with payment-related queries and ensure timely resolutions. · Generate reports on payment performance, transaction success rates, and reconciliation. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field. · Experience in handling online payments, payment gateways, or fintech operations. · Knowledge of different payment methods (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.). · Familiarity with fraud detection, chargeback handling, and payment security standards. · Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. · Excellent communication and coordination skills. · Experience with platforms like Razorpay, PayU, Stripe, PayPal, or similar is a plus. Preferred Skills: · Understanding of APIs and payment gateway integrations. · Knowledge of reconciliation processes and settlement cycles. · Exposure to fintech, e-commerce, or banking industries.
