Profile: Payment Follow-up Executive

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in payment follow-up/accounts.

Salary: 17-18k

Job Description:


We are looking for a Payment Follow-up Executive to manage client payment collections and ensure timely follow-ups. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally and basic accounting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly follow up with clients for pending payments.

  • Maintain accurate records of outstanding balances.

  • Update payment status in Tally and generate reports.

  • Coordinate with internal accounts and sales teams for payment-related queries.

  • Resolve discrepancies in payment receipts and invoices.

  • Ensure timely escalation of overdue payments to management.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in payment follow-up/accounts.

  • Proficiency in Tally (mandatory).

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability.

  • Ability to work independently and handle client interactions.
