Job Description: Office Assistant / Admin Location: Head Office – Chennai Nungambakkam Departments Supported: Accounts & Administration Role Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Admin to support day-to-day operations at our Head Office in Chennai. The role will primarily assist the Accounts team with clerical and documentation work, while also managing general office administration tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace. Key Responsibilities Accounts Support Assist in data entry for invoices, bills, and vouchers. Maintain records of petty cash expenses and reimbursements. Support in preparing and filing GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation under guidance of the Accounts team. Coordinate with banks for cheque deposits, statement collection, and other requirements. File and maintain accounts-related documents in a systematic manner. Follow up with vendors/customers on pending bills and payments, as directed. Office Administration Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning. Support in maintaining office cleanliness and supplies. Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and service providers. Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation (physical & digital). Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and handling visitor management. Travel locally when required for office-related work. Provide administrative support to senior management, including travel bookings, logistics, and document preparation. Ensure proper upkeep of office facilities and coordinate maintenance requirements. Requirements Any degree/diploma (12th pass candidates with relevant skills can also apply). Willingness to assist in physical tasks like packing and dispatch. Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible. Basic knowledge of MS Office is a plus. Two-wheeler license preferred for local travel.
