We are looking for a skilled Pattern Master with expertise in lingerie, nightwear (night suits), and women's apparel. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in pattern making, cutting, and garment construction for fashion-forward and comfortable designs. --- Key Responsibilities: Develop accurate and production-ready patterns for bras, panties, night suits, and loungewear. Understand different fabric types, stretch ratios, and lingerie construction techniques. Create samples and mock-ups for fitting and styling approvals. Work closely with designers and tailors to bring concepts to reality. Ensure all patterns meet size grading and production standards. Adjust and modify patterns based on feedback and fitting trials. Maintain and document pattern files manually or digitally (CAD knowledge is a plus). Provide cutting layouts and markers for bulk production. Experience in cutting and stitching processes. Understanding of fashion trends, materials, and design techniques. Good communication and teamwork skills. Formal training in fashion design, tailoring, or garment technology is a plus.
