Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pattern Grader at Aman Shoe Factory, located in Agra. The Pattern Grader will be responsible for grading patterns to various sizes, ensuring accurate measurements, and maintaining detailed records. The role involves collaborating with the design and production teams to ensure the highest quality of patterns. Additional tasks include modifying patterns as needed and ensuring compliance with production standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in pattern grading, pattern making, and measurement accuracy
• Strong knowledge of leather footwear construction and manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software related to pattern grading
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with design and production teams
• Experience in the footwear industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in fashion design, pattern making, or related field
