Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Services Coordinator located in Surat. The Patient Services Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling appointments, handling telecalling tasks, verifying insurance details, and ensuring effective communication with patients. The role also involves managing patient records and coordinating with medical staff to provide exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette
• Experience in Skin care / Cosmetology and knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with electronic medical records
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
