Patient Financial Services Representative I

Role Overview: As a Patient Financial Services Representative (PFSR) at Memorial, you will serve as the first point of contact in greeting patients and guarantors in the hospital, ambulatory, or medical office setting. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with the patient or guarantor to obtain pertinent information, answer any questions, and ensure that all required demographic, financial, and insurance eligibility information is gathered and verified. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all required notices and consent forms are signed accordingly.
