Patient Counsellor

Counselor for Eye Clinic in Mulund We are looking for experienced patient counselor - male/female. Job Timing - 9.00 - 2.00 and 6.00 - 9.30. Candidate is Preferably located from Mulund or thane. The person will be responsible for - 1. Explaining various treatments to patients & their relatives, answer all their questions regarding the treatments, fees etc. Convert those patients who actually needs the treatments. 2. Co-ordinate with patients, internal team, insurance companies, & internal Doctors. 3. Maintain all patient data properly 4. Guiding patients about facilities available 5. Giving relevant treatment material to patients 6. Phone, WhatsApp followup activities 7. Conduct all inhouse promotional activities The counselor must possess these skills. a. Pleasing personality b. Excellent Communication Skills c. Command over Hindi, English & Marathi language d. Team Player e. Self motivated f. Take initiative Experience = 2 years experience in similar capacity.
