Patient Counsellor & Camp Coordinator

As an individual interested in the role at Eye Zenith, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Attend and manage Eye Zenith's eye check-up camps on a regular basis. - Counsel patients regarding their diagnosis and recommend the appropriate line of treatment, including IPD procedures such as cataract, LASIK, retina, etc. - Successfully convert potential patients into IPD admissions. - Coordinate all pre-camp and on-ground logistics effectively. - Uphold a positive and professional image of Eye Zenith during events. - Gather and communicate patient data and feedback to the central team. In order to excel in this role, you are required to meet the following key requirements: - Possess strong verbal communication skills and empathy towards patients. - Have previous experience in patient counseling, healthcare, or hospital marketing. - Be willing to travel for camps and work flexible hours as needed. - Demonstrate a basic understanding of eye-related treatments (training will be provided).,
