Patient Counsellor & Camp Coordinator

As an integral member of the team at Eye Zenith, you will play a crucial role in conducting and managing eye check-up camps. Your responsibilities will include: - Attending and managing Eye Zenith's eye check-up camps regularly. - Counseling patients on their diagnosis and suggesting the right line of treatment, including IPD procedures like cataract, LASIK, retina, etc. - Effectively converting potential patients to IPD admissions. - Coordinating all pre-camp and on-ground logistics. - Maintaining a positive and professional image of Eye Zenith during events. - Collecting and reporting patient data and feedback to the central team. To excel in this role, you should meet the following key requirements: - Strong verbal communication skills and empathy. - Experience in patient counseling, healthcare, or hospital marketing. - Willingness to travel for camps and work flexible hours. - Basic understanding of eye-related treatments (training will be provided).,
