Job Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their aesthetic journey
* Schedule consultations, coordinate surgeries, and ensure seamless communication between patient and clinical team
* Maintain patient records, explain pre/post-operative instructions, and handle queries with care and professionalism
Required Skill Set:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Empathy, discretion, and a customer-first mindset
* Basic knowledge of aesthetic procedures is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
