Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Care Specialist (Sales) based in Gurugram. The Patient Care Specialist will be responsible for direct patient care, addressing patient inquiries, and guiding patients through their healthcare journeys. Daily tasks include communicating effectively with patients and medical staff, understanding medical terminology, and ensuring patient satisfaction. The role also involves providing personalized care and integrating sales strategies to meet the hospital's objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills
• Patient Care and Direct Patient Care experience
• Strong understanding of sales processes and patient relationship management
• Empathetic and compassionate approach to patient care
• Relevant experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, or a related field is beneficial
