Job Description-Patient Care Executive
· To interact respectfully in the language of the patient
· Responsible for handling patient queries
· Responsible for Data Management and to prepare medical report
· To represent the hospital ethos under all circumstances.
· Responsible for ensuring Patient Satisfaction.
· Organize supplies, stocks examination rooms and maintain supplies at adequate inventory
· Transport ambulatory patients in wheelchairs and stretchers.
· Assist with orientation and development of new PCA’s
· Participate in meetings and trainings
· To maintain cleanliness of work areas
· In addition to above they are required to dilate the eyes of the patient if needed and also administer eye drops to the patient
