Leading diagnostic center looking for Patient Care Coordinator in Chennai location! Work Location: Purasawalkam Qualification: Any UG/PG Experience: Min. 1 year experience in patient care (preferably in hospital/diagnostics background) Shift: Rotational (No night shift for Female) Shift Timings: 6am - 2.30pm | 12.30pm - 9pm | 9pm - 7am. Salary: INR 15,000 - INR 25,000 (Based on experience) Skills Required: - Good communication & interpersonal skills - Basic system knowledge Roles & Responsibilities: - Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist them through the service process. - Guide patients through registration, billing, Doctor Appointment, sample collection, and report collection areas. - Coordinate with laboratory, front office, and technical teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery. - Provide accurate information to patients regarding tests, procedures, wait times, and report delivery. - Address patient queries and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary. - Ensure adherence to company protocols, patient confidentiality, and hygiene standards. - Collect patient feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement. Only immediate joiners are required.
