Pathology Lab Operations Supervisor

Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
Reports to: Operations HeadExperience: 6–8 years in diagnostic/healthcare operations (Excel and MIS reporting is must)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily lab ops across pre-analytical, analytical, post-analytical phases.
• Ensure timely sample collection, processing, reporting; maintain TAT by category.
• Lead technicians, phlebotomists, reception & housekeeping—discipline & teamwork.
• Implement/monitor SOPs; ensure NABL/ISO compliance.
• Oversee IQC/EQAS; review quality indicators & corrective actions.
• Equipment calibration, maintenance, documentation; manage manpower allocation.
• Plan & forecast consumables/reagents; monitor inventory & vendor follow-ups.
• Track preventive maintenance & service contracts; coordinate central & satellites.
• Handle escalations; drive productivity improvements; analyze MIS.
• Staff training, competency assessments; promote safety & biosafety.

Skills: Leadership, NABL/ISO compliance, process optimization, resource/cost control, LIS/MIS proficiency, analytical decision-making, strong communication, advanced computer skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
