Patent Analyst

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a B.Tech/ M.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication or Computer Science Engineering. You must be a Patent Agent/Associate/Analyst with a background in the Intellectual Property (IP) domain. Your responsibilities will include conducting patent searches, analyzing technical and patent information, and compiling relevant data. The role requires experience in prior art searches and infringement searches, showcasing strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of the technology domain. You should possess excellent analytical abilities, proficient writing skills, and a keen interest in exploring new technologies, conducting research, and developing innovative concepts. A solid grasp of IP laws across different countries, familiarity with patent databases, and knowledge of various technical domains based on your educational background are essential. An inherent interest in science, technology, and intellectual property is crucial for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is necessary, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability for creative and persuasive writing. Any additional certifications, courses, or training related to Intellectual Property or other relevant fields would be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent role with benefits such as a flexible schedule, paid sick time, and paid time off. The work schedule is during day shifts from Monday to Friday. The job location is in Mohali, Punjab, and applicants should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
