Patent Analyst-Biotechnology

As an IPR Search Assistant, your role will involve performing various types of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) searches such as Novelty, Invalidity, Freedom-to-Operate, Landscape, and Infringement. Your primary responsibility will be to provide detailed reports based on the search results. You will also play a crucial role in developing and implementing IP strategies that are in line with the business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct IPR searches using tools like Derwent Innovation, Questel, Orbit, PatSeer, etc. - Stay updated on industry trends and client requirements to provide valuable strategic insights. - Ensure timely delivery of reports and updates to clients. - Engage with clients to understand their IPR needs and offer expert guidance. - Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns and safeguarding their IPR interests. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of IP laws, particularly in the field of Life Sciences. - Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills. - Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
