As an Intellectual Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in the organization's innovation and technology protection by implementing IP strategies while adhering to relevant laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive trademark and patent searches, evaluating the results, and handling the preparation, filing, and prosecution of IP applications such as trademarks and copyrights. Collaboration with various departments and business teams is essential to assess IP risks and opportunities associated with new products and technologies. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing the IP portfolio, ensuring timely renewals, and compliance with international IP laws. Being the primary point of contact for all IP-related inquiries, you will provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders on IP matters. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on IP best practices, policies, and compliance requirements. Your role will also involve liaising with external legal counsel and IP firms to manage IP litigation, licensing negotiations, and other legal matters related to IP. Routine reporting on the status of the IP portfolio, including new filings and ongoing litigation, will be part of your responsibilities. Analyzing and reporting on trends in IP activity, competitor IP strategies, and regulatory changes that may impact the organization's IP landscape will be integral. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all IP assets, filings, and correspondence to ensure proper documentation for audits and legal compliance. Your educational qualification as an LLB Qualified professional will further enhance your ability to excel in this role.,
