As a Pastry Chef at Hyatt Regency Lucknow, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the department to ensure it aligns with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your main responsibility will be to act as the Production Manager for all pastry and bakery products, ensuring they enhance the success of outlets and banquets while upholding the hotel's standards and financial objectives.
