PAS Tax-Belgium-Tax Senior

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tax Senior to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in tax consulting, with expertise in direct taxes, indirect taxes, and international taxation. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead a team of analysts and experienced analysts to deliver high-quality client service. Develop and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and internal colleagues. Review medium to complex tax returns and explore opportunities to bring more work to the GDS and EY. Supervise day-to-day operations and engagement milestones with minimal manager involvement. Demonstrate leadership skills in developing high-performing teams and contribute process improvement ideas to higher-quality service delivery. Identify opportunities to leverage information and resources across assignments and teams. Facilitate teaming and manage conflicts, motivating and inspiring team members while demonstrating leadership and executive presence. Coach team members. ### Job Requirements Certified EA, CPA, or equivalent qualification is an added advantage. Possess effective communication skills, including articulation, thoughtfulness, and adapting communications to target audiences. Demonstrate team management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Have technical skills in direct taxes, indirect taxes, and international taxation. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
