Parts Information Project Leader

As a Parts Information Project Leader in the Technical Information Solutions (TIS) team within the Product Support & Logistics Division (PSLD), you will lead and coordinate teams to deliver technical parts and service information critical for the repair and service of Caterpillar products. Your responsibilities include: - Leading a work group to complete Parts Manuals for assigned projects - Making project assignments and ensuring timely completion of tasks - Collaborating with Product Groups, Authorizations, and Dealers - Guiding the team in gathering information to provide accurate parts information - Serving as a key communicator for Parts Authoring processes and driving process improvements Key Qualifications: - Technical Excellence: Knowledge of authoring and graphics software, meeting or exceeding performance expectations - Service Excellence: Providing effective responses to product group requests and acting on improvement opportunities - Project Leadership: Ensuring accurate and complete Parts information delivery and improving process efficiency - Effective Communications: Delivering constructive feedback, leading meetings effectively - Data Gathering & Analysis: Participating in gathering and analyzing business data - Problem Solving: Identifying and documenting problems, working with stakeholders to address critical issues Caterpillar offers a total rewards package including day one benefits, potential variable bonus, paid annual leave, medical and insurance benefits.
