Role Overview

We’re looking for a Partnerships Intern who enjoys meeting people, building networks, and rallying students and communities around meaningful causes. This role is ideal for a college student who thrives on connecting with peers, community groups, and organisations, and wants to help build a growing movement around climate action.

Who You Are

• Currently a university/college student.
• Warm, approachable, and excellent at communication.
• A natural networker who can connect with student groups, housing societies, community organisations, and NGOs.
• Passionate about climate action and mobilising young people and communities for impact.
• Someone who can build long-term relationships with colleges, groups, and organisations across India.
• Confident in organising events, challenges, or outreach activities.
• Comfortable speaking to local businesses to explore small sponsorships for restoration initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Reach out to colleges, student groups, housing societies, and community organisations to introduce Zephy and identify participants for restoration projects.
• Build and strengthen a network of NGOs across India working on tree planting, restoration, and conservation.
• Organise restoration challenges and youth/community activities related to environmental action.
• Build and maintain a network of volunteers—from students to neighbourhood groups—who can engage in on-ground restoration and awareness activities.
• Spread the word about Zephy among young professionals, campus communities, and local groups.
• Assist in securing small sponsorships from businesses to support tree planting and restoration events.
• Help coordinate logistics for youth-led, community-led, and NGO-supported restoration initiatives.

Shortlisted candidates will need to complete a communication and outreach test.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week

Work Location: In person
