About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and driven professional to support and grow our fundraising efforts through CSR partnerships, institutional grants, and government RFPs. This is a sales-oriented role requiring strong networking skills, outreach, and relationship management to drive impact in education for underserved students.

Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising & Business Development:
Independently raise ₹1 Cr+ annually through CSR partnerships, grants, and government RFPs.
Identify, engage, and pitch to potential corporate, foundation, and government partners.
Develop impact-driven proposals, reports, and presentations to secure funding.
Track and respond to relevant government tenders (RFPs, EOIs, etc.) to expand funding opportunities.
Outreach & Partner Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with CSR heads, grant-making organizations, and government officials.
Actively call, email, and meet potential funders to generate new leads and close deals.
Ensure timely reporting and donor engagement to sustain long-term partnerships.
Assist in organizing donor meetings, conferences, and networking events to amplify iDreamCareer’s impact.Who You Are:
2+ years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or account management, with a track record of raising ₹1 Cr+ independently.
A go-getter who is comfortable with outreach, cold calling, and proactive sales efforts.
Strong communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
Passionate about education and social impact, with a desire to create meaningful change.
Willing to travel as required to engage with partners and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any field.
Experience in fundraising, sales, consulting, or social impact roles.
Fellowship experience in the education/development sector (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
