As a Partner Support Associate at Ansira, you play a crucial role in providing support to Local Partners utilizing the SproutLoud platform. Your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional service to users, addressing technical platform support, marketing support, and guiding them on effectively utilizing the SproutLoud platform to achieve their local marketing objectives. Serving as front-line support, you are accountable for ensuring that Partners receive top-notch service from our team. Your daily tasks will involve engaging with Partners to assist them in navigating the SproutLoud application. It is essential to acquire comprehensive knowledge and continually update yourself on SproutLoud technology, enhancing your proficiency in using the application. You will also be responsible for aiding Partners in order placement, participation in automated programs, and resolving technical issues. Adhering to approved processes is critical, particularly when working on Zendesk. You must categorize tickets correctly, ensure timely follow-up, and meticulously address requests. Maintaining an accurate Harvest timer to reflect time spent on Zendesk activities is essential. Effective communication is key in this role. You will be required to relay any impediments or necessary features for Network users to team members, Team Leads, Managers, and Client Relationship Managers (CRMs). Meeting or surpassing all department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is also a vital aspect of your responsibilities.,
