Job Description

As a Partner Solution Sales at Small Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C), you will be specializing in Microsoft's core Solution Areas, specifically Cloud & AI Platform within the SMB segment. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with Partners to drive opportunities and operate at scale with a portfolio of high-performing Cloud Solution Providers (CSP) partners. This role presents an opportunity for you to advance your career growth, enhance your business acumen, refine your selling skills, and master deal structuring techniques. Your key tasks will include developing and executing a Partner Solution Area Sales Plan in coordination with assigned partners, focusing on driving sales through co-sell strategies. You will engage in Partner business planning activities to achieve quarterly Cloud Solution Area (CSA) FRA (Forecast Revenue Attainment). Your role will involve leading the commercial performance of your partners and delivering sustainable sales impact to customers. A crucial aspect of your job will be to increase CSP revenue through your partner portfolio by acting as a trusted advisor and business leader, shaping the business strategy between Microsoft and your partners. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to enhance your consultative selling skills through MCEM training and actively pursue additional learning opportunities. Your contributions will play a significant role in owning the Cloud Solution Area (CSA) pipeline with your assigned partners and utilizing investments to drive pipeline velocity in the SMB business segment. You will be responsible for forecasting CSA revenue across your partner portfolio and driving CSP revenue growth through a scalable network of partners. Coaching partners on the value of Microsoft solution area plays and sales levers to enhance Reach, Frequency & Yield will be a key aspect of your role. Managing Top Deals with pinned partners and updating information in MSX (Microsoft Seller Experience tool) will also be part of your responsibilities. Leveraging investments and incentives to accelerate deal progression, encourage deployment, and consumption, as well as supporting partners in advancing key deals, removing commercial blockers, and addressing competitive challenges, will be integral to your role.
