**Job Description:** As a Partner Engineer in the Devices Platform Ops team at the company, you will play a crucial role in leading deployments, optimizing implementations, and handling integrations to establish strong, successful, and long-term device partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to drive technical engagements and find innovative solutions that propel partnerships to greater heights. You will have the exciting opportunity to lead projects and collaborate closely with various teams such as Product, Engineering, Business Development, Operations, and Marketing. Your role will involve enhancing existing operations, introducing new solutions to the market, bridging product gaps, automating partner operations, and overseeing initiatives from inception to successful deployment. In this position, you will need to strike a balance between business requirements and technical limitations, develop cutting-edge solutions, and act as a trusted partner and consultant to your collaborators. Additionally, you will be responsible for building tools, automating products, supervising the technical execution and business operations of the company's partnerships, defining product strategy, and prioritizing projects and resources effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead implementation reviews, advocate for the integration of new product features, and ensure timely and accurate resolution of technical tests. - Enhance product feature offerings by communicating partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering. - Ensure the technical aspects of partners" integrations, both new and ongoing, by providing essential documentation and technical guidance. - Identify, drive, and optimize business flow from existing and new opportunities by harnessing YouTube technologies. - Take charge of Bug Triage Operations for all device YouTube Living Room Partners. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP). - 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python). - Experience in technical troubleshooting and managing internal/external partners or customers. **Preferred Qualifications:** - 5 years of experience in software-focused program/project management within the business technology market, collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams in networking. - 3 years of work experience in a client-facing role. - Experience in the TV/CE/embedded space. - Experience driving cross-functional initiatives in both structured and ambiguous environments while maintaining attention to detail.,
