Job Description:

We are seeking part-time nursing staff from hospitals to generate health insurance leads. Candidates will assist clients in understanding health insurance options and, upon closing a policy, will earn a direct commission of ₹1,000 per premium paid. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals who want flexible hours and extra income from their network.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate health insurance leads among patients, relatives, and acquaintances.

Provide basic information about available health insurance products.

Coordinate with the company to ensure smooth policy closure.

Receive immediate commission of ₹1,000 for each premium successfully collected.

Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and completed sales.

Ensure client satisfaction and provide after-sales support if needed.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to approach clients professionally and explain insurance benefits clearly.

Good networking skills within hospital or patient community.

Honest, responsible, and self-motivated.

Eligibility:
