Part-time Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Accountant & Compliance Executive to manage accounting, statutory compliance, and payroll tasks for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accounting records, ledgers, and journals

Knowledge and handling of Tally Cloud & On-Premise

Filing GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and Annual GST Returns

Filing ITR1, ITR2, ITR3, and ITR4 for employees

Stay updated with latest statutory and financial compliance requirements

Manage Employee Provident Fund (EPF) monthly filings

Manage Professional Tax (PT) monthly and annual filings

Handle TDS deduction, monthly submission, and quarterly filing

Remit payments to vendors and generate invoices for customers

Process monthly payroll accurately

Ensure awareness and compliance with Gratuity and Labour Laws

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in accounting and statutory compliance

Proficient in Tally (Cloud & On-Premise)

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PT, EPF, Payroll

Detail-oriented, organized, and up-to-date with finance regulations

Qualifications:
Preferred BBA/B.COM/ MBA Finance specialization or any graduation with Minimum 1 year experience in AccountsHands-on experience across accounting, payroll, and statutory filings

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
