Position: Parking Supervisor – CinemaRoles & Responsibilities

  • Overall Parking Management
  • Supervise daily parking operations to ensure smooth vehicle entry, parking, and exit.
  • Allocate parking space efficiently for cars, two-wheelers, staff vehicles, and VIPs.
  • Crowd & Traffic Control
  • Manage traffic flow during peak hours, weekends, and movie premieres.
  • Prevent congestion at entry and exit points and ensure pedestrian safety.
  • Staff Supervision
  • Supervise parking attendants and security personnel deployed in the parking area.
  • Prepare duty rosters, monitor attendance, and ensure discipline and grooming standards.
  • Customer Service
  • Assist guests courteously with parking guidance and resolve parking-related complaints.
  • Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules, fire exits, emergency access routes, and signage.
  • Coordinate with security and operations team during emergencies or incidents.
  • Vehicle Security
  • Monitor vehicles to prevent theft, damage, or misuse within parking premises.
  • Ensure CCTV coverage and proper lighting in parking areas.
  • Revenue & Ticket Control (if applicable)
  • Monitor parking ticket issuance, validation, and cash/UPI collections.
  • Reconcile parking revenue and submit daily reports to management.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams
  • Coordinate with cinema operations, security, maintenance, and front office teams.
  • Support special events, VIP visits, movie launches, and promotional activities.
  • Maintenance & Housekeeping
  • Ensure cleanliness of parking area, ramps, staircases, and lifts (if any).
  • Report maintenance issues such as lighting, markings, signboards, or potholes.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain daily parking logs, incident reports, and manpower reports.
  • Submit MIS and feedback to management on operational improvements.
  • Policy Enforcement
  • Enforce parking rules, time limits, and penalties as per company policy.
  • Ensure staff and visitors adhere to parking norms.

  • Basic computer / reporting knowledge
  • Ability to handle crowd pressure during peak hours

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
