Role & responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist walk-in visitors, parents, and guests
  • Act as the face of the school, maintaining professional communication at all times
  • Guide parents regarding the admission process, school curriculum, and facilities
  • Coordinate with the admissions team and academic staff for timely updates
  • Maintain records of enquiries, leads, and walk-ins
  • Handle front-desk responsibilities including calls, email follow-ups, and appointment scheduling
  • Represent the school during events, meetings, or parent orientations
  • Address general queries and route them to the appropriate departments
  • Prepare and maintain daily visitor logs and enquiry reports
  • Ensure a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area
