We are looking for a Salesforce Pardot Developer to join our team and help design, implement, and optimize marketing automation solutions using Salesforce and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).

This is a Full time remote opportunity for Pardot Technical Developers. The Pardot Technical Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining marketing automation solutions within Salesforce Pardot (Account Engagement). This role will work closely with marketing operations, Salesforce administrators, and CRM architects to deliver scalable, data-driven campaigns that enhance lead generation, nurture, and conversion effectiveness. You will serve as the hands-on technical expert for Pardot configuration, automation rules, integration with Salesforce CRM, and overall platform optimization ensuring alignment with sales and marketing business processes.
35 years hands-on experience with Salesforce Pardot (Account Engagement).
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM data model and campaign management.
Experience with Engagement Studio, automation rules, dynamic content, and segmentation.
Proficiency with HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
Experience integrating Pardot with Salesforce and third-party tools (webinar platforms, data enrichment tools, etc.).
Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement APIs or middleware tools (MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Workato).
Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist or Consultant certification preferred.
Working knowledge of JavaScript, AMPscript, or SOQL/SOSL a plus.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and IT teams.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or Einstein AI for lead scoring.
Experience with CRM Analytics dashboards for marketing performance tracking.
Experience in B2B technology, manufacturing, or high-tech environments.
