Pardot Specialist

**Job Description:** As a Pardot Specialist at Uplers, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling marketing automation initiatives. Your role will involve hands-on experience in Salesforce Pardot, knowledge of email marketing best practices, and designing campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and revenue. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, build, and execute Pardot email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and nurture programs. - Develop dynamic content and automation rules for personalized experiences. - Conduct A/B testing and reporting to enhance campaign performance. - Maintain and segment the prospect database for targeted campaigns. - Support lead scoring, grading, and routing to sales. - Provide insights and recommendations for improving deliverability, engagement, and conversions. - Analyze domain reputation, email performance, and marketing ROI. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience (2+ years) in Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement administration and campaign execution. - Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, and lead nurturing. - Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus. - Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and lifecycle management. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Pardot Specialist or Pardot Consultant certification preferred. **About Uplers:** At Uplers, our aim is to simplify and accelerate the hiring process.
