Role Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Paramedical Staff to join our ambulance service team. The role involves providing essential pre-hospital emergency care, basic life support (BLS), and patient assistance during transport. Paramedical staff will work alongside EMTs/Paramedics to ensure timely, safe, and effective patient care in emergency and non-emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in responding to ambulance calls (emergency and non-emergency).
• Provide first aid, wound care, patient monitoring, and BLS support as required.
• Support EMTs and Paramedics in handling emergency procedures and patient stabilization.
• Safely lift, move, and transfer patients to and from the ambulance.
• Monitor patient condition during transport and update the EMT/Paramedic.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of ambulance equipment and supplies.
• Ensure strict compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Offer compassionate support and reassurance to patients and families.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma/Certification in Paramedical Sciences (ANM, GNM, DMLT, B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent).
• Valid BLS/First Aid certification (preferred).
• Prior experience in ambulance services, hospital emergency, or paramedical care (preferred).
• Strong patient handling skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift and move patients.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
