Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Architecture:
Influence and define how the data processing engine leverages the parallelism of GPUs and SIMD-capable CPUs for large-scale data processing.
Design:
Lead the design of performance-enhancing and function-expanding improvements to acceleration-enabled operators.
Core Development:
Develop, test, optimize, and maintain parallel implementations of data operators across diverse acceleration hardware.
Innovation:
Stay ahead of trends in accelerated computing (hardware, programming models, tools) to strengthen the engine's technological edge.
Collaboration:
Work closely with execution engine teams to seamlessly integrate parallel software components.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive best practices in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, debugging, documentation, and performance optimization.

Skills Required:

Strong programming expertise in C++ and CUDA/GPGPU computing
Hands-on experience with parallel computing on GPUs and CPUs
Solid understanding of CPU architecture, SIMD, and memory hierarchy
Experience in performance optimization, profiling, and debugging
Knowledge of Spark / distributed computing frameworks (preferred)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR
Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience
