Panel Support Back Office (French Speaking)

Role Overview: At Numerator, you will be part of reinventing the market research industry by empowering leading brands and retailers with unmatched insights into consumer behavior. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the representativeness and statistical reliability of consumer panels at Worldpanel, the world's leading data, insights, and consulting company. Key Responsibilities: - Panel Monitoring: - Ensure diversity and representativeness of the panel in terms of age, region, and socio-professional category. - Oversee the panelist lifecycle from onboarding to retention and reactivation. - Monitor and validate purchase data reported by panelists. - Track store openings and closures for full coverage of the French retail landscape. - Data Quality and Representativeness: - Guarantee consistency and reliability of collected data. - Regularly analyze panel composition and suggest corrective actions. - Identify biases and propose solutions to address them. - Operations and Tools Management: - Contribute to developing new processes for efficient panel management. - Produce regular reports on panel status, response rates, and quality indicators. - Study and Analysis Support: - Provide study teams with accurate and representative data for analysis. - Assist in preparing and updating methodological documentation related to panel management. Qualification Required: - Education: Degree in Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Marketing, Data Management, or equivalent. - Experience: Internship or work experience in panel management, marketing research, data acquisition, or CRM is a plus. - Technical Skills: - Advanced Excel (PivotTables, formulas). - Knowledge of statistical tools (SQL) is a plus. - Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). - Soft Skills: - Detail-oriented, rigorous, analytical mindset. - Curiosity for data and ability to interpret insights. - Strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate with diverse stakeholders. - Enjoys working in a collaborative international environment.
