Panel Engineer

• Design, plan, and execute electrical control panel projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring technical accuracy and timely completion.
• Prepare comprehensive panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) using EPLAN and AutoCAD.
• Conduct thorough system testing, quality control (QC) inspections, and troubleshooting to guarantee optimal performance and reliability.
• Lead and manage wiring teams, ensuring tasks are clearly delegated, workflows are streamlined, and output meets defined quality and delivery standards.
• Take full responsibility for team training, supervision, and performance development across technicians and junior staff.
• Execute industrial automation projects in line with client specifications and project timelines.
• Ensure all work complies with internal guidelines and industry best practices, including IEC, UL, and safety standards, within a disciplined and team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
