We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our Event Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting event services to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and client meetings. Pitch event services to potential clients and convert leads into successful business deals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and vendors. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized event solutions. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions for lead generation. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). 0 - 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Servicing (Event industry experience is a plus). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about events & client engagement. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Roles & Responsibilities 1. Accounting Operations Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations. Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts, and payments. Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and petty cash transactions. Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. 2. Compliance & Reporting Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and tax regulations. Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records. 3. Pricing & Business Support Assist in preparing costing, pricing, and quotations in coordination with Sales and Purchase teams. Review and verify cost elements (materials, services) before finalizing quotations. Maintain and update pricing records for accuracy and consistency. 4. Audit & Controls Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits. Ensure accuracy and proper internal controls across financial activities. 5. Other Responsibilities Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn new software/tools (e.g., Zoho Books). Draft and respond to professional emails related to accounts, vendors, and clients. Use MS Excel effectively for reports, reconciliations, and data analysis.
