Job Description: As a part of managed security services deliverables, the PAM administrator is required to possess strong knowledge of PAM, IAM, PIM platforms and related technologies and provide advanced level security engineering and administration services for the global HPE customers. Apply advanced technical knowledge to operate one or more technology areas (e.g. PAM administration, user management, Just-in-time and performance management) for customers that are critical or high-risk. Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create superior solutions for customers and HPE. Have a strong customer focus and sensitivity in dealing with diverse cultures and ability to learn and adapt quickly. Eligibility G ualification: Bachelor s degree in Engineering (or Equivalent). Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Enterprise PAM / IAM administration. Which includes designing, deploying and managing cyberark, manage engine PAM, beyond trust, Arcon arcus environments. Configuring user management and resources onboarding Working experience in SQL and open sources DB in enterprise environment is a must. Relevant certification on the latest track like CyberArk/ Manage engine/PAM administrator will be an added advantage. Flexible to work in 24X7 support environment Key Responsibilities: Understand the requirements from customers / internal stake holders for implementing PAM solution. Implementing PAM with full high availability and configure the product features Develop and maintain documentation on implementation and ongoing projects. Work with cross-functional teams for onboarding customers, resources & users Perform regular audits on the PAM solutions and maintain compliance in accordance with security policy. Support ISO/PCI/SOC audit with relevant documentation. Ensure PAM solutions is proactively monitored for health and smooth operations Experienced in backup and restoration of PAM / IAM applications Mitigate vulnerabilities by applying patches, fixes and perform upgrades. Hands-on in configuring and troubleshooting SSO, SAML, AD issues. Mitigate vulnerabilities by applying patches, fixes and perform upgrades. Technical Skills: Strong Knowledge in windows, linux, networking, storage, VMware and SAP. Troubleshooting experience in enterprise environment. Strong understanding of OS/patch/security update/management. Disaster Recovery planning and conducting DR tests. Responsible for Standard Operating procedures issuance to incident management team. Prepare Service delivery reports and participate in customer meetings Routine Performance Analysis, Capacity analysis, security audit analysis reports to customer for necessary planned changes Participated in DR drill activities for failover / redundancy tests. Knowledge on Patch deployment solutions Redhat Satellite, Salt, SCCM Additional Skills Configure and support Nexus Digital Access Manager for secure authentication and authorization processes. Work experience in HSM and crypto technology Scripting, automation of daily tasks. Non-Technical Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commitment to deliver high quality product and solution support. Must achieve excellent customer satisfaction Take ownership and work with high productivity and efficiency. Support other team members and seek their advice to make decisions on complex issues and deliver trainings when required.
