DocIndia.org is looking for a dynamic Operations Intern to join our mission-driven team revolutionizing digital healthcare in India.

???? Role Responsibilities :

• Support day-to-day operations work (appointment management) - 60%

• Assist in project management and process optimization - 10%

• Identify and solve operational bottlenecks - 5%

• Collaborate with doctors & teams to enhance efficiency - 25%

Appointment Management :

• Handle incoming appointment requests via call, WhatsApp, or portal
• Coordinate with doctors and clinics to confirm availability
• Send reminders and confirmations to patients for scheduled appointments
• Update internal systems with appointment details and patient follow-up
• Address basic patient inquiries related to timings, locations, and procedures
• Escalate issues like no-shows or rescheduling needs to senior staff

? What Were Looking For

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
• Basic computer skills and comfort with tools like Excel, WhatsApp Web, and CRM
• High attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Calm and professional attitude while dealing with patients
• (Bonus) Experience or interest in the healthcare industry
