Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategies:
Create and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across various digital channels.
Manage Paid Media Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
SEO and SEM Management:
Oversee the development and execution of SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the website. SEM / SEO campaign ideation, planning and execution along with monitoring web traffic metrics
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
A/B Testing and Experimentation:
Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including content, design, product, and sales to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Apply insights to enhance campaign performance.
Overseeing all aspects of digital development, including software development, website & app development, digital marketing, and emerging technologies
