Under the guidance if team, you will be assisting in below:
1) Monitoring the ATM health status and transactions.
2) Dispatch the errors reflecting on monitoring tool to FLM / SLM vendor for action.
3) Follow-up with vendors for calls which are not attended in TAT.
4) Capture the feedback and response in monitoring tool for further action.
5) Technical assistance to bank officials for quick action and resolution.
2023-24 pass outs
Stipends will be provided for complete 6 months
