As a semi qualified Chartered Accountant (CA inter) or with 2 or more years of experience, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Senior Partner of our mid-sized CA firm. Our firm, which is peer view certified, specializes in advising International Clients on various aspects of their India Entry Strategy and Cross Border Transactions. This includes services such as Entity formation, Capital structure, FEMA compliance, Transfer Pricing compliances, and formation of Holding Company/Subsidiary Company, in addition to regular audit and tax practice. **Role Overview:** - Manage a team of 4 or more individuals at client locations to conduct internal audits and monitor daily work. - Review the work carried out to ensure compliance with the scope and prepare monthly reports. - Promptly escalate any findings to the management for immediate action. **Key Responsibilities:** - Preferable areas of exposure include statutory, internal, bank audits, accounting, and taxation. **Qualifications Required:** - Semi qualified Chartered Accountant (CA inter) or equivalent. - 2 or more years of relevant experience. You will be based in either Vellore or Hosur, with travel between the two towns. Bachelor accommodation is available. Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
