The ideal candidate for this position is a semi qualified Chartered Accountant (CA inter) or any other discipline with 2 or more years of experience. You will work closely with the Senior Partner of our mid-sized CA firm, which is peer view certified and specializes in advising International Clients on their India Entry Strategy, Cross Border Transactions, Entity formation, Capital structure, FEMA compliance, Transfer Pricing compliances, and formation of Holding Company/Subsidiary Company. In addition to these specialized services, you will also be involved in regular audit and tax practices. Your primary responsibilities will include managing a team of 4 or more individuals at client locations to conduct internal audits and monitor daily work. You will be required to review the work done as per the scope and prepare reports on a monthly basis. Any findings that require immediate action should be escalated to the management. The preferable areas of exposure for this role include statutory, internal, and bank audits, accounting, and taxation. The position is based in either Vellore or Hosur, with the flexibility of traveling between the two towns. Bachelor accommodation is available for the candidate.
