As a Specialty Associate in the Doctors Department at Navi Mumbai, your role involves being aware of the total number of patients admitted to the Hospital under your specialty. It is crucial to follow all clinical safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols diligently, such as wearing gloves when required, using aprons, practicing hand hygiene, etc. You are responsible for completing relatives" signatures and care plans during admission and supervising the daily clinical management of all patients in collaboration with nurse team leaders and under the guidance of Consultants. Key Responsibilities: - Write treatment sheets with the diagnosis in capital letters one day in advance. Each treatment sheet should be dated, named, and signed by the writing doctor. - Refer to progress notes while writing treatment sheets. - Enter all online orders on the Hospital Information System (HIS). - Fill in details of doctors and patients on consent forms, blood request and blood release forms, etc. - Conduct rounds on the designated floor to check on admitted patients.
