PAD Compliance Support (Private Equity)

As an Associate Manager of Compliance Support (Private Equity) at Morae Global, you will be responsible for various compliance-related tasks to ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies. Your role will involve reviewing employees" brokerage statements, screening social media handles, managing certifications and disclosures for new hires, updating compliance records, performing conflict checks, managing expert network communications, coordinating translations of calls, and handling queries from internal and external parties. You will work closely with the onshore compliance team to flag potential issues, ensure timely completion of tasks, and support day-to-day compliance matters. Your qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) with 5-7 years of experience in corporate compliance at an investment bank or private equity firm. Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required, and prior experience with Compliance Tools such as My Compliance Office, STAR Compliance, or ComplySci - PTCC is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
