Role Overview: As a PACS Subject Matter Expert (SME) with expertise in Verification & Validation (V&V), you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) in a healthcare IT environment. Your main role will involve ensuring seamless image and data workflows by conducting Verification & Validation of PACS systems to ensure compliance with industry standards. You will also be tasked with developing test strategies, test cases, and automation frameworks for PACS systems while ensuring compliance with healthcare IT standards, regulatory guidelines, and data security policies. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor teams in testing and validation processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) in a healthcare IT environment - Conduct Verification & Validation of PACS systems to ensure compliance with industry standards - Develop test strategies, test cases, and automation frameworks for PACS systems - Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards, regulatory guidelines, and data security policies - Lead and mentor teams in testing and validation processes Qualifications Required: - At least 5 years of experience in PACS, RIS, HL7, and DICOM - Strong background in Verification & Validation (V&V), system testing, and compliance - Experience with automation tools for healthcare IT testing - Proven leadership skills to effectively manage teams - Background in the Healthcare IT industry - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Company Details: Joining AlgoShack, a cutting-edge IT product-based company, will provide you with the opportunity to work on innovative projects with the latest technologies in a collaborative environment.
